Photoshoot: restorative yoga

pink yoga mat

My yoga teacher Ganga Hoogendoorn asked me to take photographs for her new website and last weekend she gave an intensive restorative yoga: a form of yoga that generates deep relaxation and stimulates healing. From participating in the workshop I not only joined the group, but I also opened my awareness for the images that unfolded before me. That works well for me: from relaxation in the moment looking at my surroundings without having all sorts of thoughts about it.
These pictures are taken with my pocket camera, because that produces the least noise during photography. It is a small impression of the images I perceived. I am curious to which images she will choose to be posted on her website.
