Fodder School October: Making fodder with Tiffany Simply Sharpe

Watercolour flowers with Tiffany Simply Sharpe

I caved in, I signed up for Fodder School after seeing lots of pictures of awesome flowers like the photo above. I was sure I was not going to sign up for a year long mixed media course, but this I really couldn’t resist. The set up is simple: every month there is a different teacher who teaches us how to make collage fodder in their populair way and in the second half we make a project with or without that particular fodder.

More flower shapes and leaves

The first month (October ‘ 21) was taught by Tiffany Simply Sharpe. she taught us how to paint beautiful flowers, leaves and mushrooms.

Lots of watercolor leaves
Piles of leaves, mushrooms and flowers

There are lots of classes in one month and even bonus lessons from other teachers in Fodder School. In one of those bonus lessons Laura Dame taught us how she paints colorful rainbows.

And we learned to paint simple purple flowers with Megan Whisner-Quinlan in another bonus lesson.

Oh, I’m having so much fun now and I’m learning a ton of new things, I’m glad I signed up!

Heel leuk om jouw werk te zien; je kunstzinnige verwerking van een motief als paddestoelen.Ik blijf materie graag naturalistisch verwerken. Ga zo door met jouw creativiteit. En hopelijk veel “volgers” en kopers (?).
