This week’s shape in the Slow Art Party was Encircle. You can clearly see why Amy choose this word for this shape. We just made simple brush strokes in watercolour in a circular movement and added colours while the paint was still wet.
When I looked at my pieces he next day I thought they reminded me of a slab of semi precious stone that I had bought a few weeks ago and the similarity struck me. Nature is so beautiful in all its assets!
