On Tuesday, November 11th, I’ll be launching my first in person mindful painting evening.
In a world where everything seems to be moving faster, we can easily become overwhelmed by the flow of information and the pressure to perform. These 1.5-hour sessions offer a welcome countermovement: an invitation to slow down, breathe, and sink into a nourishing, creative experience.

We will begin with a short awareness meditation, followed by simple, repetitive movements on paper – a meditative practice that brings relaxation deep into the nervous system.
Watercolor is our soft and flowing medium. The repetition of a brushstroke, the emergence of a pattern… it is simplicity that brings peace.
During the first evening, we focus on the simple movement of stripes and discover the power of attention, repetition, and stillness.
Give yourself this moment of space and tranquility. You are invited to join me.

It’s not the result, but the moment that counts.
These sessions aren’t about creating something “beautiful.” The end result is merely a pleasant bonus. What truly matters is the joy of doing—simply being present with every movement, every brushstroke. We work on small pieces of paper so we don’t become afraid of the blank page and can create a lot in a short time.
Relaxation lies in focusing on the present moment. Creating something simple, without pressure or judgment, opens the door to peace and fulfillment. Follow-up evenings will appear at the overview page of all workshops.
